- Proof of employment or business registration (CAC for self-employed)
- Recent payslip or 6-month bank statement
- Valid ID (NIN, driver’s license, or international passport)
- 10% equity contribution deposit
STEP-BY-STEP SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS

Next, please provide the following documents:
Preferred building model
Proof of employment (or CAC document if self-employed)
Most recent payslip (or bank statement if self-employed)
2. After receiving your application, The bank reviews your payslip/bank statement and verifies how much you are eligible for, and if it can cover the house type you selected. The outcome of the review will be communicated to you, the client and MoonTech via email
3. After review is completed and house model matches the approved loan amount, client is required to open bank account with implementing bank
4. Account opening happens next, client is required to deposit 10% of the house cost (Equity) into the newly opened bank account
5. After a deposit is made, the bank locks the funds and this signifies the start of the project for the client.
6. Client is allocated, a plot is allocated and milestones and completion timelines will be shared.
